1) There is a land transaction of the 1820's by Rachel Tripp, who is named as an "heir of Jonathan Tripp", per Chas Quick, September 6, 1987. 2)Per "Doll Index", notice, 1/1/1838, in Michigan Argus stating "Polly Tripp" had a letter at Saline PO awaiting her since July 6, 1837. This Polly Tripp, ID20236, would very logically be in Saline with her father Thomas, and certainly is the subject of the letter.
