  3. Nancy Soule (1), daughter of Peleg (1) and Betsey (Warren) Soule, born October 14, 1793, at Broadalbin, N. Y., and died leaving a son known as David Briggs who, born April 17, 1811, married Polly Collins (born Dec. 2, 1812) at Amsterdam, N. Y., and died May 17, 1874 at Newton, Calhoun County, Mich. Nancy Soule, the mother, lived about three months after the son's birth. His widow was living at a very advanced age with her daughter, Mrs. Nancy A. Thayer, at East Leroy, Calhoun County, Mich.
