    • 3-2024, CD: Charles W Tripp does not have Wesley Gerald and William Ray listed in his obit, but Ruby Gray Randolph does. Wesley Gerald was born before the marriage date of Charles & Ruby. I cannot find a 1940 census entry for Charles & Ruby but they do appear in the Directory for 1940. Wesley G and Wm. R used the surname Tripp their whole lives and so do their children. DNA testing would help solve this mystery
