  Lawson Tripp is my 6th Cousin, three times removed. He enlisted on October 17 1861 at Sacket;s Harbor in Company "D", 94th NY Infantry. He received a pension due to disability from "disease of stomach, liver, heart, and rectum." He was 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighed 140 pounds, medium complexion, hazel eyes. In 1903 he lived in Watertown, New York; in 1931 his widow lived in the same place. He died at age 89 of acute dilation of heart due to arterosclerosis. In January 1931 a witness was Maude M. Tripp of Watertown. Another was Mrs. Kenneth Tripp of Watertown. Herman William Tripp-
