From this Henry Junior of Virginia decended Colonel Baillie Peyton, United States District Attoney for California; a member of Congres for Tennessee in 1835, and Colonel of the Fifth Louisiana Regiment, in the Mexican War; Minister plenipotentiary to Chili 1848 to 1852; also Judge E.
