Per letter from Winona Area Genealogy Roundtable, listed in Saratoga cem book #15, p. 25, as in row 15, stone 17 (with Straw family), named as wife of Henry Ingales (not Ingalls; neither Ingalls nor Engles found in index).
1860 census for Saratoga, Winona Co, MN Lists Henry Ingalls (ae 55) and Mary " (ae 48), but rather than NY, Mary lists birthplace as Connecticut. Edwin Day (ae 27) and Harriet E. " (ae 17) listed as living in same household along with Lidea A. Ingalls, ae 14, and Thomas Short, a laborer, ae 45.
Letter from Alice Robertson to sister Mabel Keeler in Dec 1964 (extract), "I remember Grandma [Jane Ingalls Straw] once told me that her grandfather, a sailor, came over from England. And once, when they were showing me the graves in the Saratoga cemetery, there was one with the name of Bradley, which Grandpa [Henry H. Straw] said was Grandma's grandfather, Scotch-Irish." i.e., father of Mary Bisbee. A note from Oaka Herman 1977 from gravestones apparently in Saratoga Cemetery, includes "Mary B. wife of Henry, Jan 15, 1865, age 52" and "Peter Brabley BC-RN, died May 5 1862 age 82 - 6 mos."
