    • !1)Went west to Nebraska with the family. On Fire Department in Clay Center. Homesteaded in Boyero Co in 1906. Had a hardware store in Broughton, Ks and restaurant in Junction City, Ks. After WWI he and Elsie returned to Hugo Co, then to DENVER Colorado, then to Erie, Colo, 6 months prior to his death.
