  Bock: His will was dated 28 March 1766 and proved 3 November 1778, the year 1766 overwritten as 1767, with son Thomas executor and no mention of a wife. Neither marriage or death records are in Dartmouth although births of children are listed there with Rebecca as mother of Constant and Thomas. Daniel received L20 from his father's will, dated 19 December 1713.
