  ! WPA record of births, Seneca co. But there is a problem here. It says his mother is Elizabeth, while we have Calvin Tripp's wife named Catharine. I assume she is same person, and name her Catharine Elizabeth. Jeffery Tripp was endowment proxy, August 18, 1987, when we also sealed Franklin to parents.
