He resided at Wakshima, Kalamazoo County, Michigan at Robinson Ottawa County, Michigan and at Grand Haven, Michigan. He was 5 foot 6inches tall. He and Amelia Owen were married by Reverend Otis L. Otis, witnessed by George Falling and Lettie Richards. Amelia was from Arcadia, New York now called East Newark, New York.
