    Notes:

Elmer John Thomas Tripp is my 7th Cousin. He is a direct ancestor of Ragene Moon who has furnished this file all of his line as well as many other related lines including most of the line of John Tripp Senior. As the Rin numbers indicate I had ccollected some of the lines, but all of the 47,000 plus numbers were collected and furnished by Ragene. See Ragene's rin later. John Thomas died from complications after gall bladder surgery. Herman William Tripp--Remembering...... My own Grandfather John William Tripp, never one time mentioned the names of his own father or mother to anyone in his family. Therefore they were sustantially forgotten for a total of 104 years when after many years of search Clara and I found the names of his parents in Salt Lake City LDS Library after searching 87 of Kentucky's county tax records. This borders on deliberate neglect although he named his children after his father, mother, an uncle, and himself without answering the question, " Where did those names come from ??" He had his reasons. He felt slighted and neglected by his mother Mary Evaline Williamson Owens Tripp leaving him and his sister Mary Evaline Tripp Snelson with his great aunt Mahala Snelson Reynolds to bbe raised without his mother who evidently left, because he knew of her in his middle years. He said that my mother was a bad women and never mentioned her name to anyone's knowledge even though he named his only daughter after her. He also nameed his second son after his uncle Ralph, and his third son after his father David. Not knowing about David, both of my daughter in laws Susan and Anita selected that name for their first born son. It was like my Great Grandfather was crying out to be known after more than 100 years of neglect. Therefore I am collecting all relatives and ancestors and Remembering...... Herman William Tripp who grew up with no ancestors.
