5/2024-CD: There is great confusion here. Are/is there one or two Alven Milton Tripps who married two different Marys? Both the obits say they had just one living child in 1956 and 1962: Colbert. But our Alven Milton served in the Philippines and the 1930 census lists two Tripp children born there and one in CA, all of whom lived long lives. There is a marriage record for Alven Milton marrying a Mary Spain, but some of the children list Mary Jane Huby as their mother. NEEDS MORE RESEARCH.
